Project Manager

Position: Project Manager
Reports To: Ownership

Responsibilities:
- Provide the best customer experience you possible can. Customer is always first!
- Prospect for new business.
- Run company provided leads while following the OBR sales process.
- Conduct constant follow up with your customers to keep them up-to-date with where their project stands.
- Access roofs to inspect for damage. Conduct full property inspections to help customers with their needs.
- Meet with insurance adjusters for your projects.
- Work with internal team on production for your jobs.
- Attend all sales meetings as scheduled.
Qualifications:
- Roofing experience not necessary. We will train you.
- Sales experience a plus
- Willingness to learn
- High level of organization
- Comfortable climbing and accessing roofs
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
Compensation:
- 100% commission pay based on sales

Insurance Specialist
Indianapolis, IN

Responsibilities:
- Review all insurance estimates received for accuracy and completion.
- Write all supplements in Xactimate for jobs we will produce.
- Conduct all correspondence with the insurance company regarding your estimate.
- Notify sales and / or production of any photos needed for supplement.
- Communicate with adjuster and customer via phone & email with updates.
- Meet with adjuster on roof if needed.
- Work with sales to identify components to document for supplementing purposes.
- Attend all sales meetings as scheduled.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years in restoration industry
- 2+ years experience with Xactimate
- Preferred Level 1 Xactimate Certified
- General knowledge of roofing industry
Compensation:
- Commensurate with experience
